R&D track

• CV Pipeline — Holy Trinity features. CUDA-accelerated YOLO11m-Pose on local GPU extracting Crouch Depth Degradation, Table Proximity (Retreat), and Lateral Work Rate from free sports broadcasts. ~465K frames processed across 9 batches.
• Along Came Polly (ACP) — Bayesian decision engine. 4-phase decision optimization, 136 passing tests. Pre-seed R&D; zero external users, zero revenue (yet).
• Recursive agentic systems. Self-improving orchestration loops, cross-project instinct promotion, Karpathy-style continuous learning. The system that builds the builder.
